Amazing customer service provided by Grace. They accomplished a delivery for me in such short timing and the flowers themselves were beautifully done. My friend was so pleased and they did a hand written note which is a nice touch. I can’t say enough good things about this flower shop and totally recommend them. They are for the customers and it truly shows!

I called around to several florists in the area and many have moved or are closed to the public. I called Bay Park Flowers and spoke with Jolene, the owner. She was very helpful and asked what I was looking for. I gave her a budget, the occasion and she had everything ready by the time I arrived. It was perfect! She prepared a wonderful arrangement better than I could put together on my own. I am very thankful to Jolene for her attention to detail, her caring expertise and quality product! Definitely thinking of this place first when I need flowers!

I honestly cannot recommend Bay Park Flowers enough! I live in Las Vegas, and every time I want to send flowers to my mom in San Diego, Jolene is the only person I trust. She consistently creates the most breathtaking, elegant arrangements that somehow manage to be even more beautiful than I imagined. What truly sets Jolene apart is the incredible care she puts into every order. She is always so responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure everything is perfect. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in every single arrangement she creates. My mom is absolutely blown away every time flowers arrive, and they always become the highlight of her day. I live a block away from this flower shop so it's my go-to for any occasion. The owner and her staff are always so sweet and helpful. On this day, Mia helped us arrange our bouquets. My grandma absolutely loved her flowers. There's a free parking lot so no excuses. Stop by.
